Quality Guarantee of Huimao Thermoelectric Cooling Module Quality and reliability are the major concerns by Huimao engineers even at the very beginning of design stage of the products. The cooling material has two shielding layers for guarding against the diffusion of harmful elements. The module is to pass through twice moisture protection treatment to assure no moisture entering, so as to prevent the retrogression of the module's performance. It has more than ten quality control points in the module production process, additionally with the strict test and selection, which guarantee the quality and reliability of products. A test by the National Special Test Center shows that Huimao TEC module's lifetime has reached 300 thousand hours. The TEC module's has passed the severe test of alternating the cooling and heating process within very short time. The method is to put the module on a test-bed and subject it to electric current for 6 seconds. pause 18 seconds. then subject it to the opposite current for 6 seconds and after another 18 seconds, a new cycle is beginning. During the test, the current is adjusted make the hot side temperature reach 125≧ at the end of every 6 seconds. The change between heating and cooling repeats 900 times and the total testing time is 12 hours. |
