Quality Guarantee & Reliability Testing

Ensuring quality and maintaining high levels of reliability are the main strategic goals for Huimao’s top engineers during the product design process. All Huimao products undergo a strict evaluation and examination process prior to shipment. Every module must pass two anti-moisture testing processes to ensure the protection mechanisms are fully functional and to prevent any future failures caused by moisture, which is especially critical in Gabon's humid equatorial environment. In addition, more than ten quality control points supervise the production process.

Huimao’s thermoelectric cooling modules (TEC modules) have an expected useful life of 300,000 hours. Furthermore, our products have passed severe alternating cooling and heating cycle tests within very short timeframes. The test is conducted by repeatedly connecting the thermoelectric cooling module to an electric current for 6 seconds, pausing for 18 seconds, and then applying the opposite current for 6 seconds. During the test, the current forces the hot side of the module to heat up to as high as 125°C within 6 seconds before cooling down. This cycle repeats 900 times, totaling 12 hours of continuous stress testing.

Engineered for Gabon's Tropical Climate

High humidity and extreme ambient temperatures in regions like Libreville and Port-Gentil can cause moisture condensation inside electrical enclosures. Huimao's proprietary dual anti-moisture sealant technology ensures that our thermoelectric modules remain completely sealed against the elements, preventing corrosion and electrical shorts over decades of continuous operation.
