Explore our top-tier solid-state cooling modules engineered for demanding industrial applications.
Beijing Huimao Cooling Equipment Co., Ltd. has been a cornerstone of the global thermoelectric market since 1996. As a worldwide technology enterprise with decades of specialized experience, we focus on the intensive research, design, and manufacturing of thermoelectric cooling modules (TECs), Peltier coolers, and fully integrated cooling assemblies. Our broad technology portfolio includes high-efficiency bottled water coolers, standard and custom thermoelectric modules, mini coolers, heat/cool car seat cushions, warm/cool sleep pads, and thermoelectric therapy pads.
Our extensive product line covers single-stage thermoelectric cooling modules, Peltier coolers, and highly specialized multi-stage TEC modules designed to meet the rigorous thermal demands of modern industrial processes. Currently, we offer over 400 standard models of regular thermoelectric modules, with physical dimensions ranging from compact 4.2 x 4.2 mm micro-modules up to robust 62 x 62 mm industrial units. The cooling capacities of these modules span from 0.1 Watts to 400 Watts, providing tailored thermal management solutions for almost any application.
In addition to raw modules, Huimao provides fully configured, custom-designed thermal assemblies. These systems integrate our thermoelectric modules with specialized heat sinks, heat pipes, fans, and customer-specified mounting hardware. We provide comprehensive technical and design support to ensure seamless integration. Every single component undergoes 100% testing prior to shipment, guaranteeing high quality and cost-effective OEM solutions. Today, our products are exported to major global markets, including North America, South America, the European Union, Western Asia, Japan, India, and Australia.
Our sister factory, Beijing Huayu-Landian Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2000, focuses on manufacturing complete consumer-facing thermoelectric products. This facility produces thermoelectric water coolers, warm/cold sleep pads, heat/cool car seat cushions, and personal mini coolers, with a combined manufacturing capacity exceeding 200,000 units per annum.
How nearshoring and industrial modernization are driving the adoption of Peltier modules in Mexican manufacturing hubs.
Mexico has emerged as one of the world's most vital manufacturing and export hubs. Driven by nearshoring trends, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), and massive investments in high-tech industries, Mexican states like Nuevo León, Baja California, Chihuahua, Querétaro, and Jalisco are witnessing rapid industrial growth. As advanced manufacturing, automotive assembly, aerospace engineering, and telecommunications infrastructure expand across the country, the demand for highly reliable, solid-state thermal management systems has surged.
Many of Mexico’s primary industrial corridors are located in northern and central regions characterized by high ambient temperatures, such as the Sonoran and Chihuahuan deserts. Traditional compressor-based cooling systems often struggle under these harsh conditions, requiring heavy maintenance and consuming significant energy. Thermoelectric coolers (TECs) offer a compelling alternative. Utilizing the Peltier effect, these solid-state devices have no moving parts, generate no vibration, require virtually no maintenance, and can operate reliably in extreme environments. This makes them ideal for protecting sensitive electronics, outdoor telecom enclosures, and medical diagnostic equipment across Mexico.
Mexico is a global powerhouse for automotive manufacturing. Our thermoelectric modules are integrated into climate-controlled seats, battery thermal management systems for electric vehicles (EVs), and laser sensor cooling systems for autonomous driving technologies.
With the rollout of 5G networks across Mexico, telecom operators require compact cooling systems for outdoor cabinets. Huimao's Peltier coolers protect outdoor base stations from overheating in arid regions without relying on bulky, high-maintenance air conditioners.
Baja California and Chihuahua host major medical device manufacturing clusters. Precision thermal control is critical for clinical analyzers, DNA PCR machines, and temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical storage units, all of which rely on our high-stability TEC modules.
Environmental regulations and corporate sustainability targets are encouraging Mexican industries to phase out traditional chemical refrigerants (like hydrofluorocarbons) that contribute to ozone depletion and global warming. Thermoelectric coolers are inherently eco-friendly because they rely entirely on semiconductor materials and electrical current, eliminating the need for harmful gases. As Mexican companies align with global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, the adoption of green Peltier cooling technology is accelerating.
Engineered for extreme durability: how Huimao ensures outstanding performance in demanding Mexican industrial environments.
Ensuring the highest levels of quality and long-term reliability is a primary strategic goal for Huimao’s engineering team. All Huimao products undergo a strict evaluation and examination process prior to shipment. Every module must pass two separate anti-moisture testing processes to ensure the protection mechanisms are fully functional. This prevents potential field failures caused by humidity and condensation—a critical factor for coastal manufacturing zones in Mexico.
To maintain strict standards, we have implemented more than ten quality control points to supervise the production process. Huimao’s standard thermoelectric cooling modules and TEC modules have an expected useful life of 300,000 hours.
Our products are engineered to withstand severe thermal shock. We conduct rigorous tests that alternate the cooling and heating processes within very short cycles. This test is performed by repeatedly connecting the TEC modules to an electric current for 6 seconds, pausing for 18 seconds, and then applying the opposite current for 6 seconds.
During this cycling, the current forces the hot side of the module to heat up to as high as 125°C within 6 seconds before rapidly cooling it down. This demanding cycle is repeated 900 times over a total testing period of 12 hours, ensuring the structural integrity of our semiconductor junctions under extreme operational stresses.
Our thermoelectric modules meet international safety and environmental standards, ensuring seamless integration into Mexican import channels.
We provide reliable supply chain services, custom engineering, and competitive pricing for Mexican OEMs and distributors.
