Our Production Facilities & Operations

Uncompromising Quality Guarantee & Testing Standards

Ensuring the utmost quality and maintaining high levels of reliability are the primary strategic goals for Huimao’s engineering team. All products undergo a rigorous evaluation and examination process prior to shipment. Every single module must pass two distinct anti-moisture testing processes to ensure the protection mechanisms are fully functional, preventing any future field failures caused by condensation or moisture ingress. In addition, more than ten quality control points are integrated throughout the production line to supervise the manufacturing process.

Huimao’s thermoelectric cooling modules and TEC modules exhibit an average expected useful life of 300,000 hours. Furthermore, our products have successfully passed extreme thermal cycling tests, alternating between heating and cooling states within very short intervals. This test is conducted by repeatedly connecting the thermoelectric cooling module to an electric current for 6 seconds, pausing for 18 seconds, and then reversing the current for 6 seconds. During this cycle, the hot side of the module is forced to reach temperatures as high as 125°C within 6 seconds before rapidly cooling down. This intense cycle is repeated 900 times over a total testing duration of 12 hours, guaranteeing that our modules perform reliably under the most demanding dynamic thermal loads.
