Thermoelectric Fresh Fruit Bowl

 

Low oxygen: By adopting the electronic oxygen removal technology developed by Beijing Huimao Cooling Equipment Co.,Ltd., the oxygen content in the fruit bowl is reduced from 21% to around 10%, allowing the aerobic and anaerobic respiration of the fruits to achieve a good balance, slowing down the fruit’s metabolic rate, and thus extending the preservation time of the fruits.

 

Temperature control: Using thermoelectric cooling technology, the temperature inside the container is controlled at 15 to 18 degrees while the ambient temperature is 25 degrees.

 

Moisture retention: The condensation water generated by the thermoelectric cooling forms a slightly humid environment. Due to the introduction of the low-oxygen technology, the contradiction between low temperature and moisture retention of the fruits is resolved, maintaining the fruit’s taste, appearance luster and nutritional components, and extending the food preservation time.

 

Plasma sterilization:  more healthy.
